Note: In accordance with Article 1, Section 12 of the Ministry of the Interior's Commercial Organization Law, public or private businesses whose operational licenses were registered under the Company Law or Commercial Registration Law must join the applicable local commercial association within one month of commencing operations. Therefore, venture capital companies registered in Taiwan are obligated to join the Taiwan Private Equity & Venture Capital Association. For more information on this class of membership, click here.
